Why trust us

What makes the difference

We're 2 Product Managers :

1. With a technical know-how

We fit in well in a technical environment. We are comfortable investigating obscure APIs with Postman, extracting data with jq, or diving into a data lake with Redshift. We believe that this minimum level is necessary to interact with engineering teams, and get things done without constantly needing assistance.

2. Methodical - but not too much!

We share the spirit of the original Agile manifesto, and have a fair amount of Scrum experience. We also know how harmful it can be when following Scrum becomes a goal in itself, and what motivates alternatives. If your team is happy and productive with Scrum, we'll definitely use it, but we have no passion for a process. We care about the quality of the solutions produced, commercial success, and customer satisfaction.

3. Dynamic

We enjoy interacting with customers, founders, developers, sales people, account managers, and marketers. We are comfortable in chaotic environments, dealing with problems that require creative solutions. We drive projects forward with enthusiasm.

“Bastien knew how to engage the various stakeholders on each feature, to bring them to a successful delivery on time.”
